Welcome to My Class

Hello, my name is Erica Coss,  I pursued a teaching education degree because teaching has always been a passion; since my high school years.  I have had many adult role models as teachers whom made me believe to continue to follow my passion and goals.  I came from an immigrant family, where as they only focused on making extra money for our household, but I was focused on getting an education instead.  Growing up with a diverse and cultural background, I was able to take my experiences and the help of others along with assisting myself to succeed.  Once high school was over, I took some time off regarding certain personal issues that prevented me from attending college right away; but I decided to continue my education and pushed myself to success afterwards. With the early teaching experience and other building skills experiences that I learned, I am able to accommodate and relate to other students. I love to help and guide anyone to reach their  successful goals. I am license to teach Math for 9th to 12th grades and on this website you will get to see the make-up of my classroom and see how well I prepare for a great year.
